To experience this Magic Cube, we have to be aware.
Aware of our body, our thoughts, our feelings, our emotions, our moods, our soul.
Meditation is the simple act of doing that!
To meditate is to observe!
To meditate is to listen!
To meditate is to feel!
To meditate is to witness!
To meditate is to be!
Unintentionally, without control, without judgment.
Just Be!
No matter the time it takes!
What matters is frequency and consciousness.
Five conscious minutes every day has more impact than an hour of sleepiness, a day or two!
