I release you from all this!

We’ve been doing this forever!
Touch and run away…
Hot and cold and…
Today I want it, tomorrow I don’t want it!
Meetings driven by a feeling that scares us.
Mismatches stimulated by unconscious fears.
So many times, I thought you didn’t love me!
Others were that I stopped myself from being who I am to punish you, to hurt you.
I let ego push me into doubt, into fear, into anger, into suffering.
You probably did it, too!
Without thinking! Without questioning! Without realizing!
And why?
Why oscillate between doubt and certainty, between fear and faith, between rejection and love?
Does my happiness depend on your love?
Will the love I give you cease to exist if you don’t love me back?
I always thought it did and I found out it didn’t!
You know how I found out?
With you!
It was from you that I received three teachings that I’ll take throughout life.
Three teachings that awakened in me the unconditional Love and integral Happiness, as well as the Courage and Faith necessary to live them.
First, I learned that my Happiness depends on nothing or anyone else.
I am Happy every time I choose To Be Happy, regardless of what I have or live.
In other words, I learned to be happy for no reason, I learned to smile for no reason.
Happiness is born from faith in life.
Second, I learned that no part of who I am has reason to be ashamed or to hide. All I am is the most magical thing about me. Therefore, this magic must be shared in its Whole, regardless of what other people may see in me.
The third teaching was difficult to assimilate.
I learned that Love and the need to be loved do not coexist. That is, whenever our Happiness is dependent on someone else’s love, it means that we don’t love ourselves enough to love someone else.
I realized, therefore, that the Love I dedicate to you lives in me!
That love lives for itself.
The love I feel for you doesn’t die just because you don’t love me back.
That love strengthens me every day.
The Love I feel for you is the Love I am!
And for that, I’m grateful for you!
I am grateful that you have awakened the Love that I am!
I am grateful to be able to love a magical Being like you!
I am grateful for the Love that connects us, even when you don’t love me!
I thank you for being a part of my life, yet I release you from all this!
I release you from the obligation to love me!
I release you from the guilt of not loving me!
I release you from the fear of hurting me by not loving me!
And so I release myself too!
Believe that your Happiness warms my heart, even if you don’t live by my side!
Give yourself to Love and Happiness with Courage and Faith in what life gives you!
Move on with your life!
I will move on with mine!
